🔐 Why BYOK protects you
- Your key, your vault. Your Anthropic API key is stored only in your browser's local storage — it never touches our servers.
- No middleman. AI requests go directly from your device to the AI provider. We can't read your conversations — and neither can anyone who breaches us, because there's nothing to breach.
- No identity linkage. The LLM provider sees API traffic, not your KIY-Lang identity, progress or interests. Nobody holds the full picture — except you.
- No data resale, ever. Your notes, quiz history and progress live on your device. We have nothing to sell because we keep nothing.
- You control the spend. Pay your AI provider directly at cost — we never mark up your AI usage.
